Each of our team members comes from a past career that makes them a stronger real estate agent. Jade has a background in urban planning and is a natural nurturer. Kelly is a teacher at heart and now enjoys teaching people how to make great real estate moves.
As the team lead, I have over 12 years of helping clients buy and sell homes. So much has changed in the business over that time; when I started, we still faxed offers! It's been a fun learning journey and I can certainly say my skills have sharpened over the past decade. I love learning so that I can serve my team and our clients better.

Hello! I'm Liza and I am a driven woman that loves to set goals and surpass them! There's nothing we can't achieve with a little planning and work. Growing up in Ottawa, I know the city very well. I'm now a Barrhaven mom to two awesome boys and lucky to have a super supportive husband. After graduating from Carleton University, I completed my teacher certification at Queen's University. Then, I did the schooling to get licensed as a real estate agent. I had no idea then that I would become so passionate about working in the real estate business.
When I am not working, I love spending time with my family, travelling (especially to warm places where I can swim in the ocean) and being social. If socializing and eating was an Olympic sport, I would win the gold medal! Good food and good company is the best. My boys keep me busy either organizing play dates or bringing them to soccer. Summer and fall are my favorite seasons because it's the time I get to enjoy outside the most. Giving back to my community through food banks and student scholarships/programs is something I enjoy and feel is such a privilege.
Living in Ottawa nearly all my life has provided me with knowledge about the city and its different neighbourhoods. In fact, I lived in over 15 different places throughout Ottawa. It's prepared me very well for being in the business! I have strong communication and research skills which make me an excellent real estate agent. Clients often remark that I provide a type of exceptional care they have never experienced. It’s important that my clients trust me to work on their behalf. Moving can be a stressful situation and I’m here to help navigate you through the process. As an investor myself, I can offer insight into buying real estate to grow your wealth. Hi, I’m Jade! I’m a wife and mother of three boys. I was born in Montreal, and moved to Ottawa during my early childhood. I reside in Ottawa South. I have a degree in Urban Planning from Concordia University. I started my career working for one of the largest land developers /home builders in the city, followed by the largest social housing provider.
I value spending time in nature and with loved ones trail walking and camping. I enjoy reading different genres and love the peace of curling up with a good book.
Watching my father design and construct a few homes when I was a child sparked my interest in real estate. I decided to get my degree in order to gain a comprehensive understanding of the industry. My work experience has brought me to a place where I can share what I’ve learned. One of the best parts of the business is meeting and connecting with people one-on-one. Developing a relationship with my clients helps me to gain an understanding of their real estate needs so that I can serve them best.
